Fits
Will review again in a few months as I just received these batteries. So Battery Life and Longevity is undetermined as of right now.I bought these to replace my OEM Batteries (DW9094) as they were worn out and old and quit holding a charge.So far these batteries fit perfect with no issue, Lined up and snapped in place.These batteries also came with a full charge, I put them on the battery charger and it blinked for a few seconds then went solid.

Works, very tight charger connection.
The two batteries arrived promptly as described. They each had a charge. I will need to use them to determine how long the charge lasts while under a load and using them. They fit the drill easily. They do not fit the charger (standard DeWalt 14.4 charger) very easily at all. They are extremely snug and it takes a lot of effort to pull the battery off of the charger.

Does NOT replace a DW9091.
The item looked great, BUT, it does not replace the DW9091 as stated. Has a different male end plus the battery circumference is much bigger and would not fit the tools mounting bracket. Do not order this battery if needing to replace a DW9091.

These batteries work - but don't last anywhere as long as the OEM batteries - which are not made anymore. Since the tool that uses these batteries is low use, I can live with the lower capacity and lifespan. Older tool sets, your kind of at mercy of the third party manufacturers.

One of the Two Batteries was Bad
I returned these batteries shortly after I received them.One battery charged up quickly in my DeWalt DW9106 Type 1 charger. The other battery did not charge, and the charger gave the rapid flashing signal that the battery was bad.Like a number of the other reviewers, I was not happy with how the battery fit into the charger. To get it deep enough to charge, you have to use a fair amount of pressure, and then it is very difficult to get out of the charger. It fits several different DeWalt drills with no problem, however.
