So glad I made this purchase. Disks work great. So happy to be able to watch this series any time I want now.

Each disk plays perfectly and the show Big bang theory speaks for itself. I'm not a fan of the storage container for the discs but definitely worth the money.

I bought "The Big Bang Theory S1-12 [Blu-ray] [2019] [Region Free]", which includes 24 Blu-ray discs packed in a plastic case about the size of a Bible. There were 12 seasons, so there are 24 discs with episodes of the show (2 discs per season). And it includes a small booklet (program guide) with a short description of each episode that is on each disc. It also includes a Bonus Disc, but the Bonus Disc won't play. At least one other review from a different customer mentions that the Bonus Disc won't play, he explained that it is PAL format (wrong format). But that's OK, I'm happy with the 24 discs of Blu-ray of the 12 years of shows that work perfectly, which also include a lot of SPECIAL FEATURES of bonus videos on many of the discs, such as behind the scenes.Reading the product reviews for Big Bang Theory, The Complete Series (Seasons 1 - 12), you might be confused, because there are two versions, but Amazon has the reviews for these two different versions mixed together, and some of the comments and complaints from customers do not apply to both versions, so its confusing. I bought "The Big Bang Theory S1-12 [Blu-ray] [2019] [Region Free]". But Amazon is also selling a "Limited Edition" of this series that includes digital code for use with Vudu, and a fold-flat pop-up art of the cast. The Limited Edition discs are packed in cardboard sleeves, whereas my edition with no digital code has the discs packed in a plastic case the size of a Bible. But the reviews from other customers indicate that both cases for the discs have problems, so I packed all my Blu-ray discs into individual dvd cases, which works perfectly. I don't need digital code for using with Vudu, and I didn't want to spend an extra $68 just for the fold flat pop-up art of the cast. I just wanted my Blu-ray discs with all the shows for all 12 seasons, and that's what I got, and I'm happy. If you are a big fan of the show, but you are not sure about buying the complete set on Blu-ray, I recommend that you buy it....it's great! I will be occasionally watching my set for years...again and again, I like to have it playing on my tv in the background while I am also doing internet on my computer, its great when there isn't much on tv. And it's nice to watch Big Bang on Blu-ray with no commercials.

I changed from Dish to Xfinity and lost a lot of functionality with the recording function so a regular diet of BBT was not forthcoming.So, I ordered the box set. The packaging is a marvel of compactness. (Computers have a lot to answer for)Anyway, the product is fine, of high quality and, so far, reliable.

Het menu is zeer slecht te navigeren doordat de kleur van het geselecteerde item zo goed als hetzelfde is als de rest, ook een heel omslachtig menu systeem, gemaakt door een kleuter, de serie zelf is goed.
