I can't say that I noticed any difference when I used this product. I decided to use kefir as my probiotic. It is less expensive when you make your own.

If you've ever taken antibiotics, a good probiotic is essential. Puradyme is a high quality human strain product. I've added it to my protein shakes and smoothies and it helps clean my guts out. I could feel the difference. It keeps things moving.

Great product. Wish it was more economical. But you get what you pay for with free freight from Amazon!
