They don't look exactly the same, there are subtle differences in the grain. Also Indian wheat grains are fatter, and very easy to differentiate.

Amazing and always love Satvik products

Amazing freshness of Satvik products. I know these are slightly pricy (~10% more). The freshness is impeccable. The taste of oats groats is chewy and does not become sticky. The grain is just like the wheat grain. Oats groats is one of the highest form the nutrition as it has relatively low GI (low GI will help keep you fit and could be better for people with Diabetes). I suggest first watch few YouTube videos to understand how to cook before you buy. Cooking is easy but takes bit of time to cook. You may buy and then enjoy healthy life.BTW - Quick cooking oats strictly avoid if you want to stay and look fit. It is for lazy people.

Quality product with very little to no traces of husk. It does not need overnight soaking etc. if you're going to pressure cook it, which I feel is the best way to consume to retain the nutrient value. Cooks fast and is easy to digest.
