I like this fanny pack/exercise belt because of all its different features. The water bottles are small enough that they are not too heavy to be carrying while you’re running the zipper pocket doesn’t fit my phone but I put my reading glasses and sunglasses in there. In the back zipper, I put my Chapstick Sunscreen stick and an extra gel. There is also room for a little clip with my drivers license, debit card, and cash. There are also elastic loops that you can put gels in. Once you put the gels in they do stay put until you need them. I recently used the belt doing a half marathon. It was very comfortable because the belt itself is elastic and you can turn it around so it’s behind you . Then you can run with nothing in your hands, and my speed increased by almost a minute during the half marathon. I think this was partly because I was so comfortable and all my needs for gels and water were met without stopping at any of the water stops. I recommend this hydration belt for anyone who will be exercising two hours or more.

I bought this belt because it said it can be worn around the hips and fits up to 47 inches (in their dreams). The entire belt, buckle, and elastic at full extension is in the range of 35 inches, requiring 12 or more inches of stretch to fit up to 47 inches. Come on, people! Some of us are not tiny and don't want to be cut in half by elastic while running! Otherwise the belt is very well made, stays in place (how could it not with that sort of compression), and is really cute. I like the belt and will replace the elastic belt with a longer elastic belt for better running comfort.Edit: The phone pocket is brilliant! Easy to access and you can use your touch screen easily while on the move. The pocket is also really nice, a good size and with plenty of space for the things you might want with you on a run. The water bottles are easy to remove and put back and don't leak.As for the elastic issue, I was able to open the stitches and remove the adjustable parts and restitch the elastic onto the buckles to give me a couple more inches. The belt still stays in place and is quite comfortable though it is currently not adjustable.

From the wife: I have worn this belt a few times and it stays in place with no bounce. I can’t really attest to how warm it is during hot weather because so far I have only worn it is the winter in temperatures in the 20’s and 30’s. I’ve worn it with both bottles, one bottle, and no bottles when I didn’t have a pocket for my phone and didn’t need to carry water. It fits the same all 3 ways, differing only by weight of water. The only con is that the bottles are snug enough that it’s very difficult to take one out and put back with one hand. The phone pocket is very large, touch screen works, and the extra storage pocket with divider can hold a lot. I plan to use the belt a lot more in the coming months for training for some longer runs and races.

The phone compartment is awesome. And I could see this being perfect for longer runs on hot days. Unfortunately, I ended up returning it because the water bottles fall right in stride where my hands fall while running and it would have driven me crazy.

I love, love, love this belt. I was looking for a bright pink belt, with a large enough cell holder for the bricks they sell these days, water bottles that aren't too big, and a decent sized zippered pouch. This belt has it all, plus the price was on point. I was a little apprehensive because of previous comments about sizing, so I wanted to put in a picture of my self wearing it. I'm 5'5", 70kg and there is more room to make it larger or smaller. From what I read they may have redesigned it. No need for an extender! Happy running 🏃‍♀️

I wore my new belt for a 28 km training run for my marathon and it worked well. It isn't super light because my iPhone XR is heavy, but otherwise great. Bottles stay in place well. Finally I can run with my phone and have my hands free.
