This pancake mix is delicious and beautiful. It is important to let it sit for 5 minutes before cooking to get fluffy pancakes. I mix it with a vanilla protein shake to add protein to the meal. I add fruit and maple syrup. Delicious!

I like that these purple pancakes are actually purple even when cooked. I wish the formula was a bit more balanced, they cook up very chewy and could’ve used some baking Soda in the final product. The value isn’t ideal to be honest, Suncore products are very overpriced for what you’re getting and their sourcing is cheap and questionable.For example these have a California prop 65 warning, which if you look at the ingredients is definitely from all the “supercolor powders”. If you look at every ingredient they all have prop 65 warnings. So where exactly are all their products coming from?? They give you a lame generic answer..Here is the company answering when asked about the blue spirulina “Our global sourcing teams (US, Asia and South America) work closely with local farmers to produce the best quality vibrant and incredible aqua color Suncore Foods® Organic Aqua Blue Spirulina Supercolor Powder. Origin: US, Asia (Japan, Taiwan or China), or South America”It’s a gonna be a no from me dog.

I love it for its ingredients. Got it for my nephews cz they love pancakes and the color makes em more enticing. However, it does not have any sweetness and is not extremely fluffy. I mix a spoonful of buttermilk pancake to steal the two missing aspects of it.

Poor taste .. not worth the money

Such an easy and healthy snack, breakfast or lunch! Tastes amazing. Fun and colorful, great way to sneak healthy snacks into diet.

This is a complete pancake mix -- that is, you don't have to use any ingredients other than water and the mix -- so it's great for camping or to keep on hand for days when you want a quick and easy breakfast.The batter is very purple indeed, as you can see in the picture, and the color is very bright. The color comes from dragon fruit, purple sweet potatoes, and berries, all in the form of freeze-dried powder. Once you cook the pancakes, they're brown like ordinary pancakes.They also taste like ordinary made-from-a-mix pancakes, and the overall nutrition profile is also ordinary. I don't actually know whether fruit and vegetable powders add nutritional value. I usually look at protein, fiber, fat, and sugar content, and these are lower in sugar than usual but otherwise pretty standard.They are definitely fun! My granddaughter enjoyed mixing up the purple batter, and the whole family enjoyed eating them. I can see this becoming a family tradition.

Lets be honest, I picked these up because they are purple and because I knew my kids would love them. I scanned over the ingredients first just to make sure there wasn't any added dyes(there isn't).I mixed these up according to the directions, which is a 1:! ratio of mix and milk(or liquid of your preference). They recommended 1.5 cups but honestly this was way too much batter for us. You mix it up and let it sit for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes were up the pancakes were VERY thick and airy so I had to add a little more liquid to get a pancake consistency,This batter is obviously very bright purple but when you cook it it gets browned on both sides and doesn't look quite as fun as it did before. The kids thought these were great and they taste like your typical pancake, nothing weird!

Just wanted to try something fun for our kids.Delicious! Not tasting artificial vanilla favor was nice. Would buy it again although it’s a little bit pricey.
