The hype is real!
The hype is real. I’ve used this for mead, cider, and some brown sugar and peach concoction with scraps and all turned out great. This ferments clean and fast in heat; making it well suited for summer outdoor brewing in a garage or shed. The optimal temp for this is around 95 F, though it will work and taste great at lower temps. The seller followed up to make sure the package arrived, too.

Perception of sweetness despite fermenting dry!
Made a lower ABV mead with this and it fermented totally dry with a perception of sweetness despite going dry. Fermented quick and clean, and I reused the slurry for a 2nd batch. I wish the ABV potential was printed in the description or the package...I had to pitch some ec1118 the next day for a mead I went a little too high gravity for.

Easiest yeast ever.
Finishes fast, neutral flavors across the range, which includes his temps. Fermented a hoppy American Pale Ale in 3 days at about 99F and it turned out great,I've been brewing for 7 years. Using this yeast feels like cheating its so easy! Gain to glass in a week, and you really can only screw this up by fermenting too cool.I live where the summers are very hot. This is a game changer allowing me to brew all year. New go-to yeast!

Interesting yeast
Made a mead with these at OG 1.096. Fermented at 100F and it was done in 4 days. Heavy citrus flavors and pretty clean taste. Definitely needs a month or two of aging to get it to the next level
