Great value
Great value for the size. As a contractor, we go through a lot of seed. This is always top quality and great germination rates!

Florida Winter
I use this during winter in South Florida. It dies during summer, but it looks beautiful during winter, fall and spring.

Expensive, but quality seeds
Seeds are a bit more expensive then what you would find at big box stores, however the germination rate is excellent and only a few days

Outstanding product!
Waterline repair to our home required the front yard to be excavated on. My wife thought the yard would never be the same. Seed was spread on Aug. 22, hay was used to keep it in place. It rained once and I hand watered the repair area twice. Grass was growing in 4 days. Im amazed!Pictures are 2 weeks old, grass is looking like it needs to be cut already. Not too bad for early September grass in dry conditions for a 11° grade.I will always order this for future repairs!

Wow ! Best grass seed I ever used
This rye grass came up without water or rain in less than 10 days. Great coverage, I only started watering after it was well up, and two weeks gone by. Dense, green and a winner.

Spotty Growth
I over seeded my lawn every year. Last year it looked great. This year's seed grew in spots. Looks horrible. I over seeded it twice in multiple patterns. Turned out really bad and I should have left the zoysia and the brown. Looks like my lawn is mostly dead with patches of green. Garbage seed this year
