Not truffle like you know it
The after taste is strange, you don't need a lot but it's the weird taste that's not quite truffle but it's still kind of enjoyable. Give it a go

Not too strong, first truffle mayo I'd tried, would recommend
Very tasty, not too overpowering, really upgrades a ham cheese tomato sandwich to elite levels. Does have that oily taste if you use too much, but feel like that's the norm for most 'truffle flavoured' products

If you like truffle flavour, this is the best truffle mayonnaise I tried. Me and my housemate always buy it, it is quite hard to find though! Tastes amazing in homemade sushi.

I tried this straight from the squeezy bottle ,it's a very strange taste ....the mayonnaise doesn't do the truffle any favours but mix a good tbl spoonful or two with pasta and mushroom in crem fresh x
