Exactly what I needed
For some reason GM only secured the drivers side floor mat on my truck. Got some after market floor mats that didn’t have any rubber fingers on the bottom so needed a way to stop the mat from spinning when a passenger gets out. These are perfect and look factory. Installed in about 20min or so using a fresh blade on a utility knife to make nice clean cuts.

2009 Honda fit weather tech mats
Works with weather tech mats. clicks in on the holes on the mats and keeps mats from moving. easy and simple solution to a serious problem that could lead to the gas pedal being held down inadvertently. would recommend to all how need a fix to this issue.

Need to cut a hole
Works great but you will need to cut ~1" hole in your floor mat for each anchor location. Works good and looks decent once completed

Great product for sliding floor mats
This product is great for keeping your floor mats in place. I put these in my wife’s Toyota Corolla Cross. The passenger side did not have any floor mat retainers. We have Weathertech floor liners in her car and they are flat at the top of the mat and were easy to install. I used a hole saw bit and drilled 2 holes near the top of the mat and installed the retainer on the mat and laid the mat back in the car and marked the position with a small piece of tape.through the hole and installed the hook side of the retainer.

WeatherTech floor mats on Vinyl floor, here's your fix:
Perfect!2025 Ford F250 XL trim with the vinyl floor. I love the WeatherTech floor mats and have used them on several trucks. However, the self adhesive mounting buttons they provide don't seem to last very long and always come loose after a short time. After several tries with hot glue, epoxy, "high bonding" tape, nothing worked, no matter how well I prepped the surface. Someone in the reviews here said these would work. Glad I tried them! They fit in place of the WeatherTech attachment buttons on the mats themselves. The pin section slides under the vinyl floor of the truck. Fits perfectly inside the little depression in the floor. The floor mats now stay in place perfectly. Not sure why WeatherTech isn't using an attachment like this.

they didn’t work
they only work if you remove the original base, which leaves a hole where you need to put the base attachment.

Nifty Little Things
Very easy to install and use, really helped to make the interior in my old S10 feel a little more modern. It was a rubber floor truck so floor mats just slid around like crazy until these. I just used a box cutter to cut some small holes, they didn't have to be too pretty as these are large enough to cover small imperfections. Absolutely recommend and will buy again.

Nice sturdy mat clips
I was worried they might be too light weight to hold a heavy mat that moves all the time. They're great. You cut a hole where you want them, snap the two pieces of clip together, and push the twist lock wire through your carpet. The twist lock has a solid 'snap' when it goes from open to close and is well made. These are good for holding a rubber mat in place. Mats thicker than 1/4 inch, or 6mm, might be too much, but anything thinner should be fine.
