High quality product with superb customer service
Poles are beautiful made, light and strong. Hand harnesses are quick release and the hand fittings are easy to use velcro. I had a broken lower segment, due to a mis-step on month 3. I had customer service and new part on the way within 5 minutes of emailing the US service representatives. You get what you pay for in this case.
