Frost King V4825/4A Crystal Clear Vinyl Sheeting, Clear, 48" x 25' x 4mil.

This is a very good product. It IS crystal clear. Very easy to cut and apply on windows. It clings on to the glass on my windows. I just smooth it out with my hand to get the air bubbles out. Going to get more. Highly recommend.

We have a screened in porch that we divided in two so I could use the smaller side as a room to paint in year round. We had made homemade storm windows for it years ago, but they've broken down with years of use and needed to be replaced. I wasn't sure how well this product would work, but I purchased screen frame kits in the hopes that I could attach the vinyl the same way one would attach screen to the frames. It ended up working wonderfully! It was very flexible and relatively easy to work with. I've added pictures of what it looks like from the inside out and looking in from the outside. It really does look like glass, and it's holding in heat so the room is very easy to keep warm. I also added a picture to show what the side looks like compared to the front windows. The reason I did that was to show a comparison between the more expensive flex o glass and this product. I needed 48" wide vinyl for the sides and 36" for the front. It happened that the 48" was cheaper with frost king, but the Frost King 36" wasn't available, so I ordered that size through flex o glass. I really can't tell the difference, as both products are very strong feeling, very flexible and very clear. The frost king was about half the price as the flex o glass, so if you're wondering how the two compare, I'd say they're very similar, other than in price. The flex o glass may be slightly thicker, but other than that, very similar. I haven't been through a bitter cold winter with them yet, so time will tell if both products hold up the same, but so far, the frost king seems like a better buy (although the flex o glass is a great product as well). I'm so pleased with how it turned out, I ordered more of this product to do the larger screened in porch for the winter. It'll be nice to sit out there on nice winter days and be able to watch the wildlife and snow without actually being in the snow.

I had used painters tarp plastic for covering windows in winter, but they have a slight opaqueness that prevents seeing outside your house. I bought this material to overcome that problem. For the most part, it did provide unobstructed views outside, but the manufacturing process puts little ridges and other irregularities in the sheets, resulting in imperfect transparency. It's pretty durable plastic, and unlike painter tarp plastic, should be useable more than once. It seems durable enough to use instead of window panes on sheds and possibly primitive cabins.

Product did the job. It was relatively ease to install and it has reasonable clarity. Seems to be substantial to endure the heat and humidity of southeast Florida!

Crystal clean would buy again, closed off my screened in porch for the winter and worked great.

Used it to protect a pet enclosure from driving rain during our wet season. Installed some grommets through a folded-over edge to secure the sheeting over the enclosure netting with zip ties.

I liked that I could buy a piece 4 ft by 25 ft. This was the smallest roll I could find. I wanted to cover my table to protect it from craft paints and markers. Perfect width and just cut the length to fit my table. Still plenty left over. Very reasonably priced. Nice plastic. Not flimsy, a little heavier duty, but not too thick. HIghly recommend.

Not clear vinyl. Orange peel, wrinkle, streeks. Good heavy duty for winter closing in carport. But definitely not able to see thru clearly. Probably will not purchase again. Heavy duty shrink film has better visibility.

Perfect for winterizing windows

Not crystal clear at all and got charged a xtra 16.50 for duties

I bought this clear vinyl to make temporary windows for the winter. It is clear enough for me. The plastic has white paper on one side to prevent the vinyl from sticking to itself, but the paper is split with a gap. The gap, when the sheet is rolled up for shipping purposes, creates a depression in the vinyl that makes a crease. They should have just slit the paper, not leave a gap that creates a crease.It works well for my purpose and seems pretty tough for 4 mil vinyl.

Used for green house. Seems to work ok so far. It’s been windy here the last few days it has held up fantastic

It’s clear to see through almost like glass. But we have 40 to 60 Km Hr winds on average here with gusts up to 80Km.It torn very easily where it was attached to the wood. We had to put tape around the edges so it would not tear.For the price it is ok . We will put up plexiglass when the weather gets better . We put it around the hot tub so we could see outside very clear to look through.
