Replaced old green immersion tank work Evo 80 WiFi. Please note that I live in an electric only 4 bed house.The installer found the system easy to install and did not run into any difficulties.I have gone from a gravity fed system to a closed vented system. The hot water pressure is great. The system is quiet and one cannot hear anything.From a cold tank, first fill, and then turning it on one could feel the warmth in the water within 15 minutes. I have not ran out of hot water even after a shower and the water is Hot. On the app it is always showing as being around 50-51c, with the lowest at 45. I am running it on Eco mode.There is a template on where to drill the holes etc on the packaging box. With the App, it did not work straight away, but when I tried after a day, it registered and worked smoothly. The App itself way to use and gives all relevant information.The build quality of the unit looks and feels sturdy and of high quality.For the price, I cannot fault it and would highly recommend it

Purchased this over 1 year ago and only managed to install it a few months ago. It comes with everything you need, including screws and a venting kit. Easy enough to install and works like a dream.It's Noise-free, and you can sleep next to it. It's that quiet. The pressure is excellent, and it's so easy to manage in the app, but you can also use the interface to manage Eco mode etc.I got the 80l one, and so far, it's cheap to run. I leave it on Eco mode all the time. Always have hot water for showers etc. I recommend this product to anyone.

This was a upgrade from a older style emersion tank in my flat fitted into the same space with ease with now mains pressure on hot as well as cold. Qualified installer this was his first of these and was very impressed with the full set up took a hour from ice cold water to reach 65 degrees (80 litre), turned all off and returned 15 hours later and turned back on was at 50 degrees so keeps the heat realy well, very pleased

Silent and can not hear it at all. Placed in my young sons bedroom cupboard and you would not even know it was there. Bought to fill a free standing bath as I have gone all electric. Water gets very hot and it is more than capable of producing enough hot water for a bath.

Water heater works fine, android connect without problems through a convenient app management, water pressure is good, I am very happy!

Nice and compact heats water quickly. But control panel is so limited as relies on the app. Which we have now spent several hours trying to get it to connect to various different android devices with no ĺuck.We just switchb.it on when we need hot water always runs to 65 degrees even when you set it lower. Guess because of legonella cycle but as there are no instructions apart from conect to the app which doesn't work who knows? So very hot water and turns out to be a rather expensive imersion heater.

Unlike almost every other water boiler this one does not come with a fixing kit / plate to attach to the wall. I get not including screws to attach it as it might be a cavity wall, stone, plasterboard etc. But not including a fixing plate and dimensions so you can drill the holes in the right place is just poor. Contacting them to try and buy one is impossible as they don't respond to their customer contact form on their website. The product might be great (still trying to get it installed by making a fixing plate) but would avoid buying one until they include a fixing plate.
