Filling and flavoursome
I am the worst person for dieting as I have a sweet tooth and just struggle in general. I have been using this meal replacement for 3 weeks now 2 shakes a day plus a calorie counted meal on an evening and I have lost 7lbs. The shakes are very filling and taste incredible, I have tried the vanilla, caramel mocha and chocolate silk and they are all great. Some shakes taste artificial but TPW shakes don't. Give them a try you. They can be made with cold water or milk, I like them both ways but for on the go chilled water is great

This flavour is wonderful. I've tried almost all of the other flavours and I'm not too keep on the menthol based ones, this isn't a menthol based flavour. It's incredible. It tastes just like a caramel macchiato. I would 100% recommend protein works in general, their shakes have always worked for me and don't skim of nutrition or flavour.

Lovely flavour, filled me up.
Just got this and made a shake straight away. The flavour is lovely, I don't mind the grainy texture though I did have lumps after shaking for 30 seconds and using the same brand's stainless steel shaker. I feel very satisfied right now, I did use milk though, so water might leave a full feeling for less time. If I see good results from using this twice a day as a meal replacement, will update this review.

Disappointing - so sweet, can't recommend
I'm amazed by how sweet this product is (and how positive the other reviews of it are). I struggle to taste much apart from the sweetener when drinking it... really disappointing.

Bag came spilt and loads of powered came out into box it arrived in, very disappointed as it’s an expensive product

Best tasting shake I’ve had,but expensive
Tastes good. Got good levels of fibre and protein. Low calorie. All the nutrients you need. Best tasting protein shake I’ve had. Mixes well to.Price has gone up like crazy. In a few months it’s gone from £21-2kg to £51-2kg. Won’t be buying it anymore at that price
