I can not get this product to do what it is suppose to do ie float above its base i have tried 6 times following the instructions in the owners user instruction book but still no joy getting it to work would not have purchased this item if i knew how very difficult it was to set it up and use.Dr Ronald Fincher

If it wasn't for the fact getting it to float is such a pain I would have given it 5 stars as it looks great when up and running. I seem to be getting better at it, but sometimes I just give up after 10 goes and come back to it. Yet sometimes I can do it in one go and I try to remember how I did it, but then I find I can do it a completely different way, so not just one way of doing it. But I agree you need to first hear the magnet noise engage before you can get it to float. Most times it also lights up in your hands at the same, but not always, as I have had it spinning whilst not lit and you just touch the button on the stand or use your remote. Also I got a faulty remote where the smooth transition didn't work, but flashed in stead, but I found the one above did the job so I didn't return it. I find this bottom right button is regularly fault on these remotes but I can live with it.

I purchased this lamp for my Son who has Autism, he absolutely loves it.Getting the moon to levitate took about half an hour to master, it was frustrating at first but when you msaster how to do it its quite easy.For those who can't levitate the moon: cup your hands to the lower sides of the moon, lower it slowly untill you feel the moon being pushed upwards, find the center and lower slowly, it will find the spot, just move your hands away slowly, don't rush or you will fail, let the moon find the spotExcellent value for money

Takes a bit of practice to find the sweet spot but once connected, it’s fantastic. Continually spins and on/off button just turns the led on and off. Goes brilliantly with the Space Homie in my space mad sons room

Uses the mysterious scientific phenomenon of magnetism to levitate the globe. I like this aspect but the lights stopped working after a few days. Cheap crap.

I love this thing. It’s awesome and a constant conversation piece. I wish my other one hadn’t gotten broken because people can’t seem to stop touching it. They literally cannot grasp the fact it hovers. So I keep mine up on a high shelf to try to avoid this.It’s beautiful and fun and interesting. Keep it away from people who try to knock it off its axis though. I love having more colors on this one and the fact it can be dimmed.Worth it.

Best gift I've ever given!! It was beautiful and almost unbelievable to see it floating in the air. It was a little hard to get the globe floating, but once you get the trick it's fine. My one qualm is that you can't make it one color. It automatically changes and you can't make that stop. However, every color is beautiful so I don't really mind at all. :)
