no it does not turn off automatically completely manual

What do you mean by coal heating systemand how many volt needed 110or 220?

It has an internal electric source that is comparable with both 110 or 220, depending on what country you live in. For remote 3rd world an external heat such as coal can be used

How long can the autoclave maintain pressure/temperature? Is there a maximum amount of hours?

No set limit, but why go beyond the normal 90 min sterilization time

Is it good for us 110 voltage?

I use that same unit on 110, it works well and reaches temp pressure quickly I have never thrown a breaker

Wing nut issues.

Serves the purpose but difficult to use the wing nuts.. could use some improvements on that end..

Worked about 5 times

When I initially received this autoclave, the heating element burned out very quickly. The company sent a replacement that worked only twice. The machine no longer works after just one year. My product is not eligible for "customer service" on amazon.
