Irrigation box extension
Needed to extend my existing box 6 inches, since it was below ground level. This extension fit perfectly and solved the problem. My old cover also fit perfectly, since it was the same brand. 👍

Works fine.. Out of square
This extension fit right over my 1015-12 in ground box. I would give it 5 stars but sadly, it was significantly out of square. Fortunately, the in ground box helped to get it near enough to square that the old iron lid would fit. Good quality otherwise!

perfect fit
The product description is incoherent and suspect. I ordered it only because another reviewer had provided photographs that looked like it could fit what I needed.Then I paired it with another risky product, "NDS 113C Series 12x17 Valve Box Cover " ("Vehicle Service Type Passenger Car"--- What the heck??), which also turned out to fit the box perfectly.Bad product descriptions, and I don't think that the Amazon descriptions even link to each other.I owe it all to a reviewer, search perseverance, and luck.

Great fit
Fit my valve box that was a few inches to low. Not a way to attach it to the valve box but when you fill dirt in around it stays in place. Should have done this a long time ago.

Fit perfectly
Had read some of the reviews about people saying it didn’t fit correctly. I’m guessing they had another brand of meter box. This fit perfectly for a standard NDS meter box.
