Q: Does this come with Velcro ? I purchased one and doesn’t have any ?

It should already have the Velcro on the pieces and the edge of the band so it’s usable. It doesn’t come with extra Velcro

Q: If my hips are 48 inches will this fit?

Yes it should. I am 36-38 since becoming pregnant and it fits great

Q: Does it have metal in it ??

No metal. It holds together with big velcro and little velcro. Worth it.

Q: Can you sit comfortably with this on? I hate sitting in my other belt, so I rarely use it because it's annoying to take on and off constantly.

I never had any problem with comfort while sitting. It's a very soft material
