These work great. Of course they aren't the most comfortable due to knurled handles but they still are nice for the price.

Solid buy. Pricing feels just right. Sturdy and good resistance. I'm glad I could buy a pack instead of getting each individually. Slight squeak in one of them but not an issue for me and probably not a common issue overall.

This is a good set but I have one complaint. There is too much of a gap between the 150 and the 200. For example, I can do 5 sets of 12 reps with the 150. But I can't even compress the 200 using BOTH hands! The 200 is way to stiff and should be replaced with one around 175.

Built sturdy, i don't worry I'm going to break anything. It comes in a 3 pack of varying lbs, so if you're like me, unsure of what you'll need, this was a great purchase. I've got one i can do for endurance, work on strength, and one to work towards. Fantastic. Btw, i purchased a cheaper one before getting this. Just save your money, and buy proper items.
