STILL going through this beast!!
I'm not done inventorying this entire kit just yet, but this thing is ridiculously nice. Yes, sutures are included, different sizes at that. Think about extra tourniquets, blood clotting agents, and get some splints (kit comes with one large splint). Israeli bandages are always a plus. They are extra and not cheap, but you'll thank yourself if you need them. I would recommend this kit to anyone who thinks they might ever have a need for a kit that consists of more than band-aids and neosporin. One thing I'm doing to mine is putting everything in freezer bags. Essentially waterproofing the kit. It's a thought. A soggy med kit isn't fun.Spend the extra money to protect your kit. Buy a box of large freezer bags, and normal sized ziplocs (One box 28 large and half a box of normal sized did it for me). We just paid a good amount of money for these SUPER NICE kits. Protect it by waterproofing it.Of course I keep adding things to the kit, but this is probably the best foundation kits I've seen on Amazon. This is not your normal bandaid and boo boo kit."You know you're prepper when you start shopping for med kit bags....lol". Don't get me wrong, this bag holds a lot, but I'm looking at "additional space"...rofl.

Pretty amazing aid bag
Add IV fluid and some lidocaine for the suture set and this is as complete an aid bag as I've seen. The pack itself is extremely durable and there's not much left out; you can handle everything from a boo-boo up to major trauma. You may want some injectable meds like epi, but there's oral and topicals included. Get a couple of c-collars and a BP Cuff and you've got a very reasonable first responder bag. This is as good or better than a military issue M17.

Really awesome base bag
This really is a good start of a really good medical bag. There is a lot of good stuff in there a little reorganizing packing the bag tight and I added most of the gauze and wraps bandaids to plastic ziplock bags and there is alot of extra room to add all the other stuff you will need to complete this kit after I reorganized everything I have 3 extra compartments to added medicine and other supplies that needed to be added to the bag. I'm super impressed and happy with the bag great value so you don't have to do all the running and searching and waiting. 5 stars for sure.

Good for civi use
I used to carry one of these when I was in the Army. The bag itself is new and the exact same as what I carried. The difference comes with the contents. Most or all the supplied gear is civilian equipment that you would find in a first responder bag. That's fine since we are all civilians now but there are zero pressure bandages. Gunshot wounds happen in the civilian world too so I would expect at least one or two. Also. the packaging for the civilian bandages are not water proof so you should make sure that you put all the bandages in ziploc bags in this water RESISTANT aid bag. Also, there were a lot of stuffers that are generally not that useful like a whole box of two inch elastic bandages, left in the box. There were no 4 inch elastic bandages which are the most used. There were four chemical cold packs which take up a lot of space and I would cut that down to two. There were no pneumatic splints which is something you would want. Some things that were missing that you will want.Steri StripsSterile SalineSkin StaplerPressure bandagesSilvadene ointmenttopical anestheticelectrolyte powderoral syringesTongue depressorsPneumatic splintsTourniquetvent chest sealquick clot gauze4" Elastic BandagesI think this was a good value but could be better for not that much more money. I would definitely buy again if I needed another aid bag.

Worth every penny
This kit is very well stocked and it’s a very good kit for first time starters in the prepping community. There are some things that can be added but for the time being, it has all the things I’ll need if there is an emergency. The bag is very well made and can be carried as a backpack. I’m very satisfied with the purchase.

Bought this as an in storage incase of emergency
I am very pleased with the item and its contents. I added several more items and feel confident that I have a good store of medical emergency materials incase of an emergency. The pack is made well.

Decent trauma kit for bleeding wounds.
All in all it's a great blood stop kit. Lots of dressing and bandages of all sizes. Couple more purchases needed to round this out. Add a luggage keychain to each zipper for inventory. Also a large tarp to put under bag and patient for mud and snow.

Satisfied purchase
Product is extremely well put together. Everything in the pack is strategically placed for quick access. I've only had it a month and I've treated a tick bite and laceration. Extremely satisfied customer
