One of the things that drew me to this trainer is that a lot of reviews said that the company has no problem exchanging/returning if the size doesn't fit. According to the size chart, I am a 3XL. Which was confusing as I am typically a size small, but okay. I measured myself twice and had someone else measure me as well, I was indeed a 3XL in their waist trainer size. After reading the reviews, I decided to go down a few sizes and a get a large. It was still too looseSo, I bought a smaller size.A couple of days later, when I got access to a printer, I requested a return and got a response from the seller insisting that their size chart is accurate. They also said it was a lot of trouble to ship back to China, but if I wanted I could get 20% and keep it to give to someone as a gift. What am I supposed to say, "hey, you look a little lumpy in that dress here's a waist trainer"? Like what? I'm not impressed. What I wanted was to get my money back for this and send it back. I already ordered a smaller size so now I've paid double the price to have one that fits? It's not my fault that the size chart isn't accurate.

This waist trainer gives me a very snatched sexy shape that looks natural. The hooks that are sewn on are really strong and I'm not worried about them popping or ripping off (even when I'm a little bloated or bigger than usual). Just make sure not to wear this for more than 8 hours a day because my skin becomes itchy and red. Overall I love this waist trainer and I can wear it to work and also under a dress when I want the perfect hourglass shape. I recommend buying this one!

I got an xl and a large for when I need to downsize. I'm 5'5 and the circumference at my bellybutton was 40". I hope this helps for sizing.

I typically wore the trainer for about 8-12 hours a day in an attempt to shrink my waist. I am 5'5" and 150 lbs and I ordered a large. It was snug but comfortable and I found myself progressing to tighter hooks. I have now been on the third hook for a while and am ordering a size down. I think it does stretch a bit. My waist has gone down a bit, however, it was not a dramatic change. Overall it is fairly comfortable although a bit long (I am ordering the short torso for my next trainer). I would definitely recommend this to start out though especially at this price!
