Loved the ease of how it rolled right along with me as I was walking.
I used it for the first time a couple weeks ago and it was wonderful. I had to walk a long way from one gate to another and it was so good not to have to carry the bag but could just roll it along. It does tend to tip over if very heavy but that did not bother me. I does only have one pocket in front which would have been nice if it was larger to be able to fit travel papers but I put them inside and it worked out well. I strongly recommend this product.

Not Happy
I'm not happy with this product at all. I was really looking forward to using this rolling bag, but the handle does not stay locked in position and when I push the bag rather than pull, the handle collapses. It also becomes very front heavy even when I put my heavier items in the back, so it is always falling over.

size, especially the 7.7 inches depth is great. the telescoping handle does not lock and I like to hang my jacket on the handle when sitting down so I will miss the lock on the handle when extended. I like the sturdy bag.

Works well

The rolling trolley was not used immediately but the handle is jammed and the threads are coming loose in the back and looks as if I have had it for years. I bought one from Wal-mart for $19.99 and kept if 3 and a half years but had to get rid of it only because the handle jammed like this one but at least it lasted for 3 and a half years … this one didn’t even last three months.

Very heavy if you need to carry it,

Almost good enough
I really tried to like this bag. It has good features but it won't stand on its own when packed. There needs to be a supporting foot on the bottom front side. Also, The handle collapses too easily. I will keep though. I have an elderly parent with health issues and I keep a bag of necessities packed and in my car for emergencies. I'll use this bag for that.
