I enjoy this product very much for a few days since I received it. Easy to use, helping my purpose, which is medical: dry eyes. It is exactly as expected. It was packed with love and care to the smallest detail. The English translation of the instructions may be improved, though.

I have chronic sinus issues and migraines and this product is wonderful. The heat is not too hot, it’s actually the perfect temp. I connect the power cord to my battery pack when I go to bed or require it. Best investment for the money

The mask is soft, and fits nicely. But the mask doesn't get very warm at all, much lower than the advertised temps. It also has uneven heat distribution. One side was warmer than the other.
