Good wax. Needs heat to soften or melt though.
One of the best wax I ever tried on wooden cutting boards or furniture. Stays hard to wash off using soft side of sponge with dishwashing liquid from steel bowl put over simmering water to soften it.and after rinsing the wax remains large on inside of bowl with no taste of dishwashing liquid or bubbles and would only come off with the rough side of sponge. IE what u want to happen to your chopping board cos that means the wax stays on longer and can be washed with soap and not get soap into your food when u next use it.

Buy it.
I have a large wood chopping board which I used to clean monthly and oil with Butchers Block Oil. After a few weeks the board looked dry, pale. This product has been on for two months and is still the same as it went on and the board sealed. I highly recommend it.

Easy to apply and maintains a good, oiled appearance on the cutting board. Smells good too!

Interesting way to finish off a board
The wax does have an attractive scent, hard when cold but provides a good top coat once aboard has been oiled - customers like it!
