Thought I'd leave it a few nights to write an accurate review since it felt like I was sleeping better. Turns out I absolutely am. Ordered this at 3am during a bad night where I could not stop clenching. Now I'm not waking up with jaw pain! It's weird because I also don't seem to be clenching my jaw as much during the day now either. Pretty easy to mold. It does say let the boiled water sit which I did and no melting etc. I have a pretty large gob and the smaller one fits fine, but might try mold the othwrs too

This mouth guard is pure magic! After one night, I had my first day painkiller free after months of tooth pain, jaw ache and headaches!Simple process to mold it (I did this a couple times to ensure a good and proper fit), I also suck my thumb and can still do this whilst wearing the guard, I just made sure to do it during molding so the guard is adapted.Yes, it is slightly bulky but it's worth it's weight in gold for the difference it made! Wore it around an hour before bed so I could get used to it and I slept with no issues whatsoever.

At first I thought this was a brilliant product. I found the instructions clear and the guard fitted comfortably. I used the small size. However after a couple of nights I realised the end of the guard was rubbing. This is because of a lost molar so the end of the guard rubbed slightly.The large guard was too big, but the small guard too short. I think a medium guard would work for me, and don't know why this isn't an option with this product. I'd definitely give that a go as I otherwise found the product helpful in reducing teeth grinding.

Found it difficult to mould the guard without it melting into a mess, and when I finally managed it, the small did not fit into my mouth, dug into my gums and gave me more jaw pain than I had before! It seems to work for some others but I wouldn’t recommend it.

I bought this product as I keep waking up with my jaw clenched and have been grinding my teeth at night. My teeth were becoming painful and I was concerned about the damage I was causing.The box comes with two different sized packs. In each pack you get two moulds. I only used one for my top teeth, I think the second is a spare. I don’t think you are supposed to use this on your bottom teeth.You boil the kettle and pour the water in to a bowl or jug and have a bowl of cold water ready. Drop the mould in to the boiled water and leave for 15 seconds. Remove, give it a shake and put on your top teeth. Mould it to the correct shape (there is an instructional video) then put the mould in to the cold water.I slept with this in last night. I was concerned it would be bulky and too uncomfortable to sleep but it was no problem at all.I woke up this morning with no pain for the first time in a long time.I recommend this product.

Ok for the price, but it wouldn’t fit perfectly. I bit too hard and my tooth came through. Ok as a temporary measure.
