Great pot
I needed a big pot to cook pounds and pounds of potatoes for thanksgiving. This pot is heavy duty, with nice handles and 1/4 inch thick heavy duty bottom. This pot heated up twice as fast as my other older pot when boiling the potatoes. It also kept the mashed potatoes heated on low on the stove all afternoon with no scorched mashed potatoes. This is definitely worth the price.

A gift for an avid spaghetti sauce maker
This was a gift for my sister who likes to cook big batches of spaghetti sauce. This is a lot of work. But, her sauce is delicious.The stockpot looks very nice. It's big and sturdy. The sauce didn't stuck. After she had put her sauce in Mason jars, she used the stockpot for canning. She was happy to save time on the process because of the size of the pot. She will have it for her lifetime. Best gift I could offer her... for my benefit! 😉
