Great kit
Easy to fit unit but keep an eye on the price as it varies by about £180. Also, if you’re having an issue with the fixings to hold it to the wall, check the box! Under the toilet pan in the 10 odd layers of cardboard base, there’s a flap and within that flap are the quick fit bolts!!! These are not the ones supplied in the kit with the pan connectors! Although I used the nuts which are 18mm as I don’t intend taking it off any time soon!

Perfect packaging
Purchased at a Prime day discount. Delivery excellent, delivery drivers placed the complete delivery box ( 56kg )in the hallway exactly where I requested it to be placed. They could not be more helpful and polite.The trick is to open the box!!!…. and check contents …. All in perfect condition …. Then decant each item into the room you going to fit in, box by box. So quality is Grohe….. very happy customer!

Toilet slow close and flash tool
Toilet seat slow close it's not like the way in the picture. Very small. There was some tool missing.i do not buy it again. Not happy with it.👎

When product arrives damaged
Unfortunately the pan arrived with 2 large cracks. Currently waiting for a refund before we can re order. Holding up our bathroom. Process for return & refund needs to be quicker. It was collected from our home 7 days ago but still in transit?

Neat looking, powerful flushing
After installation, it looks neat, rather than that "just another toilet" look. The two flush buttons are both giving powerful flushing, and the water tank refills very quickly. So far it is easy to clean.My bathroom guy took a while to figure out how to put the frame together. He did spent sometime to do that, even as I forwarded the Grohe's video showing how to do that.The shiny push buttons get a lot of finger prints, have to wipe that to make it look clean. That is the downside of having anything in chrome finish.

Simple
Really easy to fit this toilet.Instructions that a child could follow.The build quality is good, and the frame is sturdy.In general I couldn't find any negativesI'm now quite a big fan of grohe

Waste of Money
Do not waste your money on this product. I have followed all the instructions. However, it is impossible to tighten the hex nut. I have called the manufacturer they told me I need to speak to the retailer for help. I have no option but to throw it away. Very disappointing very very :33 cm from the floor.
