In The Swim Patio and Deck Paint Putty - 1 Gallon

Very disappointed that this paint will only last, based on information from the Company, "about three to four years at most". As expensive as it is, it was going to cost us approximately $3,800 to put two coats on our concrete as recommended the first time. I couldn't justify an investment of over $900 per year average not to mention all of the work involved to apply it. We didn't even use it after buying because of the lack of durability. We are looking for another more durable alternative.

Color turned out a bit lighter than expected. With proper prep, it covered old concrete very well in 2 coats, and went about 30% further than expected in terms of square footage coverage. Dirt doesn't seem to clean easily from the finished surface, but other than that it turned out great in rehabilitating our very old/stained concrete pool deck.

“Granite” is much darker than I expected. Not loving it, but it’s the only gray they offer. I may try to have in tinted locally, as I have only applied a small amount.

Please note: The color chart shown on the website is not what is in the paint can for Ivory. As you can see the color is more like dijon mustard yellow. We contacted the seller and they refuse to refund the purchase despite the inaccurate website information. We found an excellent patio paint for half the price at Lowes.

Cooled the surface to incredible levels. An added value that was unexpected was the nonslip surface the product created.

Love the cool feel on your feet when you walk on it. It makes the concrete softer and keeps from slipping when wet. Does not go very far, over 20 gallons used to paint the area around my swimming pool. Dries quickly.

For around a pool this is excellent paint. It covers well and has a no slip texture when dry. Have used In The Swim products before and for pools their products are always excellent.

This paint is wonderful for the concrete deck. Able to walk safely and cool-ly
