Je suis ravie de cet achat. La taille de ces 2 poches de glace sont idéales pour mon utilisation (dos, épaule, ventre…). Elles dégagent en plus une délicate odeur de lavande, ni écoeurante ni entêtante.A voir juste la tenue dans le temps mais pour le coup, j’en suis ravie !

Just got my tonsils removed and I purchased this to help with the pain. They shipped really fast, the product was in perfect condition. One side is really soft, the essential oils aren't strong and smell really nice. They don't take long to freeze! I love this product. 10/10 would recommend

These packs are great! They are so easy to be either hot or cold. I have mostly used them as a warm pack. They are so warm and comforting. The lavender scent is very gentle and not overwhelming. The cloth backing is soft to the touch and has an elastic strap to help it stay in place over an arm. A friend of mine had one at work and I instantly fell in love with it and immediately bought a set for myself.Do be careful and understand that they can get very hot, burns could occur if you do not use them properly. There are many good instructions on the box.

Both hot and cold are comfortable because of the soft backing, so you don't always have to wrap it in a thick towel, the cold one in a thin one for condensation is fine and you don't need to sacrifice temp. The hot one holds heat well enough but wish it would hold its heat a bit more, this might also be resolved if it was fuller, seems about a third empty which would be overkill even if the little spheres swell in heat. The cold one freezes solid which defeats the purpose of the gel sphere pack, but maybe it defrosts enough to be softer and malleable early on in use, haven't tried it. They are not heavy so won't feel uncomfortable or cause significant compression unless you press the pack yourself, which is nice. Packs didn't break yet for me, seal looks sturdy enough but possibly just sewn, not sure if there is glue under the sewn trim so may be riskier than it should be. The smell of lavender is faint and feels spa like, I find it soothing and not overwhelming and I am very sensitive to smell. Heat pack should be in microwave for 40s or less, I gave it 60s and it was good but my microwave is very compact and weak. Love so far! Also like that it comes in a pack of 2 so I keep one in the freezer and the other in the linen closet to heat up whenever.Edit - it does freeze solid but easy to unstiffen in seconds to make it "foldable" or wrap around if needed
