Brilliant bag for three days away
I originally bought the Cabin Max Tromso which is an excellent, well made and well padded bag but I felt was a bit long on my back (I'm 6ft4), and the clothes compartment was not as deep as I expected due to a laptop compartment behind it with super thick padding. This bag - amazing value at less than £20 - gives me exactly what I need: a lightweight bag, stealth design (in the black), well within airline carry-on requirements and yet with really decent capacity. No laptop compartment here, but your laptop will be fine if you have a protective sleeve. Deep main compartment fits clothes for three days easily with a spare pair of shoes alongside. Compression straps help hold everything in place and give the bag a slimmer profile when not 100% full. Suitcase style opening for packing purposes is genius. The organiser pocket is spot on too - fits iPad, pens, chargers, toiletries. And the quick access front pocket is perfect for keys, reading glasses, sunnies or a whole bunch of stuff you want quick access to. So far, I've only taken it on three trips so I can't speak for its durability yet. Those were all domestic weekends away. International debut for this bag will be in two weeks' time, heading for three nights in Copenhagen. Fingers crossed it will deliver again and continue to do so for quite some time - no reason to think otherwise. It's a practical, functional bag, not the most luxe you'll ever own sure, but it is a nice, low profile design and if it takes the beating I hope it will, it will earn its place in the pantheon of GBOATs (greatest bags of all time). Perfect to carry on one or two shoulders and comfortable with good weight distribution. If there was one thing I'd change - and this is being really picky - I'd make the padding run further down the shoulder straps so that however you carry it, you feel the padding not the strap. But...THIS IS A £20 BAG PEOPLE! Cabin Max are leading the way in smart, well made travel backpacks. Kudos. UPDATE: Copenhagen trip went off without a hitch. Absolute Tardis of a bag, clever dimensions - main compartment fitted Timberland boots (adult size 12), 2 pairs of jeans, two polo shirts, two jumpers, two shirts, one blazer, a wash bag and pack-a-mac. The usual sundries came along in the front two compartments - iPad, pens, a variety of leads, plugs and international adapters, sunglasses, reading glasses etc. Zips in particular are smooth and robust, so is the bag material, and it also proved rain-proof in the wet Danish weather. It is now my go to travel bag and I'm confident it would see you through five days away if you pack smart. Can't recommend this bag highly enough - fantastic value!

Good bag for carry on luggage.
Really happy with this. Perfect size for easyJet, lots of space and pockets and the zips make access easy. The straps hold the item together well and it’s a nice colour.

Perfect Travel Companion – Fits EasyJet Like a Glove!
I recently bought the Cabin Max Metz backpack specifically for an EasyJet flight, and I was seriously impressed. It fits perfectly under the seat at 45x36x20cm, so I avoided all the hassle (and cost!) of cabin bag fees. Despite the compact size, it holds way more than you’d expect — enough for a few days away if you pack smart. The design is well thought out: comfortable padded straps, loads of compartments, and it opens like a suitcase, which makes packing and finding things really easy. It also feels lightweight but durable, and the water bottle holder is a handy touch. If you're travelling with budget airlines or just want a well-sized, reliable backpack, this one is a no-brainer. Highly recommended!

Best travel purchase ever
I am obsessed with this bag. I have brought 3 so me and my teens have them. Great quality, so much capacity and the layout of zips and pockets enables efficient packing. I do not normally pack light and when I go away this bag will fit a weeks worth of clothes for beach type holidays. I have not had an issue taking this on board planes as hand luggage and fits under the seat. I have brought in blue and black and both look good. The strap length is adjustable and it is easy to adjust for comfort

Perfect travel bag
This is a fantastic spacious product. There is plenty of room for clothes for a long weekend away. It’s high quality with pull over covers on each zip helping it be waterproof, though I haven’t tested that and a very protective back support. I’ve already had it on two EasyJet flights with no issues. I’m really pleased with the value for money and it’s ease of use

Excellent amount of space
Got the EasyJet bag size. The main compartment is huge! Used packing cubes and got loads in it for a week long sunny holiday. No pockets inside main area or compression straps inside but outside pocket is good with various pockets in it. There isn’t a padded compartment for a laptop or a charging hole but it does have a side water bottle pocket and the fabric and straps are lovely and sturdy. I added a separate chest strap and there wasn’t one - probably should have one because you really can fit a lot in the bag. All in all I’m happy though hence 5 stars.

Spacious and lightweight
This is a great backpack. It fits more than you think. In the main compartment I got about 4 days worth of summer clothes and a hoodie - Easily. I then added my devices like iPad and ebook reader, chargers, medication, and suddenly it was very heavy and cumbersome. One of the pull zipper tags came off, but I was able to snap it back.So I used it for an EasyJet flight and the absolute jobsworth was making anyone with a remotely larger bag check the size in their basket at the gate before letting you on. So of course I was asked to put the bag in. Initially it didn’t fit as it grew too wide whilst on my back for an hour or two so I took my hoodie and iPad out and it fit in perfectly. So a word of warning not to overstuff it. The bag isn’t very structured so expands along with the contents. The petrol colour is stunning and I’m pleased with the accent colour too. I would say this bag is worth it around the £30 mark which I paid. Lots of storage space, enough compartments to organise your items for easy access and fits under that airplane seat no problem. Straps are comfortable and padded on the back make it sits comfortably. Just don’t make it too heavy as everything will fall forward and it expands outwards.
