Fresh Face Feels ✨ Goodbye Makeup, Hello Glow!
I’ve tried my fair share of makeup removers, but this one? Chef’s kiss. 👌 It’s super gentle on my skin (even around my eyes, where I’m usually the most sensitive), but it still manages to swipe away every bit of makeup like magic. No stinging, no dryness—just fresh, clean skin that feels hydrated instead of stripped. The texture is super light, almost like water, and it doesn’t leave that weird sticky or greasy residue some other products do. I love that I can use it in the morning to freshen up or at night to take off the day, and my skin feels soft and calm afterward. Bonus points for not having any overpowering scent—it’s fresh without being too much. 🌿💧If you’ve got sensitive skin or just want something that cleans without the drama, this is definitely worth a try. It’s become a staple in my routine, and I’m not looking back! ✨🧴

Gentle on my sensitive skin
I have dry, sensitive skin and have previously used (and loved) Pharmaceris Puri-Sensilium cleansing foam for allergic & sensitive skin. I was practically giddy after using it because it is so rare for me to use a foaming cleanser that doesn't leave my skin absolutely parched. The Puri-Sebostatic sebum cleansing foam for oily skin obviously isn't a perfect match for my dry skin type, but I do have sebum issues on my nose. I also was intrigued by the claim that this product is proven safe for sensitive and dehydrated skin. This seems counterintuitive, but this product appears to be formulated to minimize dryness as it cleanses. It is free of harsh sulfates and instead contains mild cleansing agents as well as humectants to help attract and retain moisture in the skin.Since it really is geared toward oilier skin than mine, I have been afraid to use this product for too many days in a row. However, I have used it many, many times and have experienced zero irritation. The foam has a slightly slippery feel, and it has left my face feeling simply soft and clean. However, keep in mind that not all sensitive skin is the same. I recommend patch-testing any product, especially if you struggle with sensitivity. While these products are a little pricey, I appreciate that these cleansers have been developed by dermatologists, pharmacists, and biologists and that they were not tested on animals. I, however, would recommend simpler names for these cleansers. Puri-Sensilium and Puri-Sebostatic are a little technical and not very straightforward.

Gentle cleanser - unclear if it is safe for removal of eye makeup
This is a review of Pharmaceris PURI-SENSILIUM Cleansing Gentle Dermo-Foam Face & Eyes 5.07flozI ordered this product on Jan 16, 2025 and received it Jan 18, 2025.I tried it tonight and I really like it. It only took one pump to have enough product to put all over my face. When applying it from my hand to my face, it felt like it became smoother, almost cream like, and somewhat silky. When I washed it off, my skin felt cleansed, but not overly stripped/ overly dry like some cleansers do.One con: the bottle says Cleansing Gentle Dermo Foam for Face and Eye area…..and the page said this could be used to remove makeup. So, I assumed that it would be safe for the removal of eye makeup. BUT…. The instructions say:“Avoid getting the product into the eyes. If the product gets into the eyes, immediately rinse them with warm water.”I think it’s slightly confusing to say that this should be used for the face and EYE area, but then avoid getting it into the eyes. I mean, I wasn’t planning on pouring it in my eyes, but I would like to use it close enough to my eyes that some might get in. I checked other makeup removers I have, to see if they also say don’t get into your eyes, and they don’t. They say Opthamologist approved- safe for eyes. So… I’m not sure what the deal is with this product. Is it safe near your eyes or not? Until I get an answer, I’m just going to avoid my eye area. The company states:* Gentle Cleansing Foam: Designed for daily use on sensitive, dry, or allergy-prone skin, including the face and eye area.* Effective Formula: Removes impurities and make-up while promoting proper hydration and soothing tight or dry skin.* Hydrating Ingredients: Enriched with D-panthenol and Alpha-Glucan Oligosaccharide to support skin hydration.* Convenient Usage: Easy-to-apply foam; simply wash in circular motions and rinse off for a fresh, clean feel.* Fragrance-Free and Gentle: Carefully formulated to calm hypersensitive skin and provide a soothing experience.I agree that this product is gentle; it didn’t irritate my skin. It is easy to apply; you pump the foam on your hand, and then apply it to your face in circular motions and then rinse it off. My skin looked and felt cleansed, but not dried out.I also appreciate that this product is free of colorants, sulfates, fragrance, and paraben. The full list of ingredients include:Water (Aqua), Glycerin, Betaine, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Methyl Gluceth-20, Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate, Panthenol, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Honeysuckle (Lonicera Caprifolium) Flower Extract, Honeysuckle (Lonicera Japonica) Flower Extract, Inulin, Alpha-Glucan Oligosaccharide, Sodium Phosphate, Hydroxyacetophenone, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Citric Acid, Sodium Phytate, Disodium Phosphate, Polysorbate 60The product has a lot # and expiration date on the bottom of the bottle. The expiration of this is 5/2027; so, I have about 16 months to use it.Additional info:- Made in Poland; European product- Distribute by Dr Irena Eris USA inc (New York)- Developed by scientists at the Irena Eris Center for Science and Research- Manufactured by Dr Irena Eris- The efficacy of the product was tested at the Irena Eris Center for Science and ResearchOverall, I really like this product and plan to continue using it. I do hope I get an answer on whether this really is safe for the removal of eye makeup or not, because it would be great to have one product for all my cleansing.I hope my written review and photos help you decide whether or not to purchase this product.
