Great Quality, Card stock, Very profesional
These are Great, Nice Heavy card stock like the ones the Vet gives out, others I looked at were just paper. I really like these and such a Great price!!

Good Product
It is like a thick quality paper pamphlet that you fold and fill. It has all the sections you’ll need for your pet. I only needed one, maybe two for when that one runs out. But it comes in a multi pack, which I like for replacing them since it is paper material and likely easily damaged. I love the pocket which I use for receipts and documents proving my pets’ vaccines. The front even has a section for microchipped and spayed/neutered pets. All in all you can’t beat $9 for something so detailed. Definitely would recommend since it’s both easy to use and thorough.

Great for documenting litter info and shots.
For those worried about the mispronounced word, it has been fixed lol.Anyway, I used to buy the Jeffer's Pet shot records but you get way less for almost the same amount these cost. These are nicer, sturdier and overall look way better than the Jeffer's Pets. (Jeffer's Pet shot records sometimes are blurry or faded) these are printed way nicer.Plus there's a lot more you information you can add on these.Personally, every time we use these for our puppies, people never even look through them which is annoying but providing these when re-homing pets is a must have especially for those who self administer shots themselves.So I definitely recommend these, better value at a great price.

Just not for me I guess
I wanted to like these as an alternative to the Revival records, however, I just don't like the layout for the information of these tri folds. Ill keep looking, the quality is good though. Just not the right lay out for me is all.

Great for Breeders
I like that they have space to write notes along with the labels from the shot vials. It is worth it just for that. I highly recommend these records and will buy again.
