Doesn't keep anything hot!
I had so much hope for this product and it was such a waste of money! My first use, I poured in my hot coffee and hit the road, 40 minutes later I take a sip and have tepid coffee.I looked through the instructions and find that for best results you are supposed to "pre cool or warm the product with hot or cold water for 10 minutes." I have never had to pre warm a thermos, but I really liked the lid so I gave it a go, wasting 10 minutes worth of hot water per instructions. To be extra fair I even poured the coffee in the second it was done being made, no lost heat here. Hit the road, 40 minutes later I have warm coffee, 30 minutes later I have tepid coffee.My husband thought I was being too critical, he likes cooler coffee so he said he would use it. He took it to work this morning, by the time he got there, 20 minute drive he had tepid coffee.Nothing on mine has broken, but is sure doesn't do the job it is supposed to do. Zero stars.

Awkward to drink from
I really like the design of this, and I like the flip top which means your lips are not contacting something your hands have been all over. But the spout combined with the internal screen makes the water dribble out chaotically, and so it's very difficult to sip from. I end up getting more water on me than in me. It also takes forever to pour anything into a cup. This bottle really hit all my requirements, from no straw to a nice rubber base. But I just cannot drink from it comfortably.

a bit uncomfortable to drink from and when you try and pull apart to clean it seems it will break everytime.

Poor design leads to mold in cap
The cap design led to mold almost right away. I would not buy this product again or recommend it.
