Q: Does this have coconut oil in it? I read a review that said it does...

Not exactly. It does have capric triglycerides, which are derived from coconut oil, and that might be what that reviewer was thinking of. My skin is very sensitive to coconut oil so I avoid it like the plague, but I've never had any issues with Herbivore's Lapis oil.

Q: Can this be used on lips?

Yes, I use this every night & put it on my lips, too.

Q: Can i use the lapis, pheonix, orchid together daily?

Probably....I would say it depends on the scents blending and creating a pleasing smell to you.
