Pool hose reel
This is the perfect pool hose reel for my backwash hose. I've been looking everywhere online and finally found it on Amazon at a reasonable price. I will be reaching out to the same seller in the near future once I need a replacement.

NOT designed for backwash hose
NOT designed for backwash hose. Save your money. I purchased the LASS ENTERPRISES Swimming Pool Backwash Discharge Hose Reel with the expectation that it would be specifically designed for pool hoses. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that it is just a regular hose reel.Design and Functionality: The reel itself is sturdy and functions well for general purposes. However, it lacks the specific features needed to handle pool hoses effectively. Pool hoses are typically larger and heavier, requiring a reel that can accommodate their size and weight without compromising stability.Compatibility: This reel seems better suited for garden hoses rather than pool hoses. It does not provide the necessary support for the thicker and more cumbersome pool hoses, making it difficult to use for its intended purpose.Improvements Needed:Enhanced Support: The reel should be designed to handle the larger diameter and weight of pool hoses.Durability: Using more robust materials that can withstand the demands of pool maintenance.Ease of Use: Features that simplify winding and unwinding pool hoses, such as ergonomic handles or additional stabilization.

Overall, it's a good product but a bit on the small side
The backwash reel seems well built. My only issue is the wheel barely holds a 50ft hose. I had to completely flatten the hose to ensure it fit on the reel.

Smaller than expected
i got this to wrap up a 100' discharge hose in 1.5" diameter. it barley managed to get about 2/3 of it on. It isn't the most sturdy contraption in the world and i ended up wrapping the rest of the hose all the way around this thing because i don't know what else to do.

Not even close to being as advertised! This reel will hold about 75 feet of 1 1/2” backwash hose. It is simply an extension cord reel being marketed as a backwash hose reel.Buyer beware!

Great reel for backwash hose
I’ve bought different reels for my backwash hose and this one actually works

Description is BS. It’s way too small for 100’ of 1-1/2 hose
It only fits about 50 feet of my 1-1/2 inch backwash hose before it jams up under the handle, and I reeled it tightly under tension. Maybe they meant that it was for a 100’ roll of toilet paper.It’s primarily designed for 100’ of electrical wires, so if you need it for an extension cord, it will work fine. But the hose description is all BS, and is false advertising. Shame on the vendor for misleading customers!
