Ready Fiber contains 0g of sugar per serving.

Do you need to refrigerate this?

I no longer use the liquid benefiber. However I do use the powder and have for many years. It was recommended by my doctor after I had a colon surgery. In the past I did use a liquid and did not have to refrigerate.

Do you need to shake this?
