My daughter loves this it's soft and feels good

after multiple attempts to actually find a kids size neck hole neck pillow THIS IS THE ONE. I ordered and returned many other pillows and this one was the only one that fit an average kids neck and they can sleep without falling into the hole. my kiddo loved the eye mask and pillow design. if you need a pillow for a 5-8 year old, this is it!

The final product is what I wanted. It’s super cute and really soft. But it was a PROCESS to get here. It arrived in a small box, shrink wrapped and vacuum sealed. So it was really hard and misshapen. The directions said to leave it out for 24 hours to regain shape - which we did. The next day there was barely any progress. Most of it was still really hard. The next step was to put in the dryer for 20 minutes and then to knead it. It took over 4 hours of in and out of the dryer, kneading, reshaping before we started to really see some progress. FINALLY - with about 5 hours of work - we got the end result. Which as I said at the beginning, is exactly what I wanted. But don’t want to buy a product that I have work so hard to achieve what I thought I was buying straight out.

Really cute. Neck piece is perfect for my daughter when sleeping in the car. The eye cover she uses almost every night. She loves it

The pillow arrived shrunken which is fine but it never puffed up to a useable size, even after 5 days of being out of the packaging. It is completely unusable, squished and rock hard in places.

After reading the other reviews, I still took the chance and was happily pleased! Ours puffed up right away and is currently currently being used by my grandson. Super cute, very soft. If you’re worried about your child or elderly relative on long trips, this is the ticket! Definitely puffy!
