Great cast iron griddle, not good wooden board
The griddle is great, high quality cast iron, very well retains the heat, perfect for breakfast making on the go.Love the detachable handle as I can leave it on the grill and close the lid. Handle attaches safely and it is well designed.The major complaint I have is about the quality if the serving board, mine came in unexpected color and had bunch if scratches on it. Looks cheap and totally doesn’t appear to be the same quality like my other Napoleon stuff, really not good appearance.I didn’t plan using it anyways so it is okay for me, but they need to make it better if they want to compete with Weber.Another suggestion would be to have a carrying bag or cover or something.

Good sizzle platter
I took off one star for versatility but hey this is not meant to be versatile its for sizzling so a silly feature rating. It's cast iron so treat it accordingly and it will last forever. I just find it a big small to sizzle onions, green peppers and say steak all at the same time and turning them can get messy so took off one star. It is heavy also obviously but does the job well, nice that you can remove the handle and close the grill, great that it has a platter so it can go sizzling right to the table. this is for the Griller who has everything LOL and loves fajita's (who doesn't) makings hot off the grill. Ole! and serve the margaritas...

The wooden board arrived with several scratches
Seems to cook adequately but not great. Seems to also heat unevenly. The removable handle is quite convenient if you can get it on a really good sale probably worth it but not for $40 or more.

Not that great overall, cheap materials
The cast iron piece is pretty rough (the surface) and isn’t the best quality. Can’t really imagine putting the hot cast iron piece on the tray that is meant to be used with it. Just doesn’t seem like it (the tray) could hold up. So both pieces don’t seem to match up to the Napoleon brand.Frankly, surprised Napoleon would put their name on this.
