The right Sensodyne
I kept seeing reviews saying there was no Novamin. So I was worried when I ordered it but this does have Novamin. Never used before but excited it is what it says it is.

Novamin or nothing!!!
The addition of Novamin is a game changer for me. I tried it once and it made a discernable difference with my sensitivity issues.

The Novamin is a tooth life saver.
I have terrible teeth sensitivity. Been using this for a number of years and slowly backed to every other day between this and Crest. I may re-up to every day come winter. I tend to mouth breathe outdoors when I mow, rake, shovel in colder weather and that sets off my teeth something terrible. I wear a mask or two in order to provide some protection. I can't imagine how bad it would be without using this Novamin Sensodyne. It says it comes from Canada, but that's become few and far between over the years. It looks like it's originating from an Easter European country --- and that's fine by me. Exact same product.

Product old and not as advertised
The product description clearly claims this toothpaste comes from Canada. But it’s clear from the foreign language that this is not from Canada. Also, this came with 3 tubes of toothpaste which all had expiry dates within 5 weeks of receipt. I don’t know who can use toothpaste that fast. It’s not reasonable to think a buyer should accept that.

Received my Repair-and-Protect Sensodyne toothpaste today, with Novacin
But it's not made in Canada. It was shipped from the Netherlands, but the tube has what some say is Moldavian language on it, and the toothpaste itself is manufactured in Ireland! Main thing is it contains the Novacin ingredient, which is the ingredient sodium phosphosilicate.Took a long time to get to Japan, though. Around a month. I previously obtained this toothpaste in Thailand, where it was also manufactured. The Thai version foams up real well when you brush, unlike the U.S. made Sensodyne toothpaste. I found this Irish version also foams up real well. Not sure why the U.S. formulation doesn't do this. It's not due to the Novacin, because the U.S. version of the Sensitivity-and-Gum toothpaste is the same - does not foam up well, and it does not contain Novacin.By the way, many of the older negative reviews are by people saying the toothpaste does not contain Novacin. It has always contained sodium phosphosilicate, but these individuals did not realize this is the Novacin ingredient. So now, the box has 'Novacin' in parentheses to clear up the confusion.

5 stars for Novamin, 4 because I react poorly to the titanium dioxide
My softish teeth need me to use hydroxyapatite toothpaste. I liked Novamin better in a different toothpaste some years ago without TD (or fluoride, I think), but this is how I can get it now, so I just rinse off my reacting gums after use and am thankful for my teeth being hardened by this product. Taking 200 mg or more of CoQ10 daily is the other thing that keeps me from needing new fillings at the dentist for some reason.

Very good toothpaste, made my mouth less sensitive
I have been using this Novamin toothpaste since my dentist recommended it. It isn't normally available in the USA due to FDA regulations. You have to buy it in England or Canada. My dentist would buy cartons of it when he traveled to Canada, but now it is available on Amazon.I has made my teeth much less sensitive to cold - I can crunch ice without any pain. It takes about 2-3 months of using Novamin before you notice the effect of the enamel being re-built on your teeth but it seems to work nicely.Just make sure it is from Canada or England, and be sure to check the expiration dates.

Sensodyne Toothpaste
Taste good. Not bitter or gritty. Really does work on sensitive teeth. Expensive but worth it.
