Worked well but very sharp, so sharp i cut myself on these. Great buy but be very careful with it. Very easy to use.

I had a jinxed job (hammering shower) that seemed to either;A. Scare off plumbers (x3)B. Not worth their time (x2)C. Make them retire (x1)I gave up and I decided to tackle it myself, it involved cutting into our Pex pipe and fitting a balancer. These worked faultlessly, easy action and square cuts which meant leak free joints.I also imagine it'll work very well on the stiff 15mm irrigation hose we used in the garden I plan to neaten up with these too.

I bought this pair to replace the exact same one in the kit that I bought a couple of years ago. One of the guys doing some work in my garage grabbed them to cut a piece of trim for vinyl siding and ruined them. They are not made for siding, but he got his job done, and left me with a tool that will no longer work for PEX. I had only ever used mine for PEX and it has worked perfectly for two years, on hundreds of cuts, so when the guy damaged the cutting edge, I had to get another one exactly the same brand and size. Love these, they work perfectly for PEX. Just don't use them for cutting trim for vinyl siding.
