I bought this vest so my service dog could travel with me in the airplane cabin, and it was a great choice. It fits well, is comfortable for my dog, and looks very professional. Everyone admired him—he looked both beautiful and impressive in it. The vest made things smoother during travel and clearly identified his role. Highly recommended!

Fit and easy to have control

Fit my pup pretty good, however it did want to slide to either side of her instead of staying on her back

It's a nice vest, but it's for a smaller medium dog. If your medium dog is on the larger side of medium you might want the large.

Bulky, hard to adjust and my dog didn't like it. IDK?

Custom fit

Works super well! My now retired service dog couldn't fit into any other tactical vest I could find and I worried I would have to pay an arm and a leg for a custom one. While it still is a tad big for her, she is a smaller than the measurements. This vest has been through it. From grocery stores to movie theaters to classes to restaurants to the hospital and still looks new other than a crack in one handle! We use it as a harness now, or if it's a less active day for me and my new dog is sick, she gets to don it as a vest again. She has such a positive association with the vest I couldn't stop using it. This vest gave my small service dog a way to express "I'm working don't distract me, I'm watching over my mom so they dont get hurt!"The patches are cheap, I won't lie, but I think the vest is worth it. Plus you'll have some back up patches if it's financially difficult to buy nicer ones. The patches do fray and and unravel.
