They don't irritate and they are comfy. A little bunching though
These organic bladder liners are very good. I didn't realize how many chemicals were used to process ordinary liners and pads until I started getting irritated and my OBGYN suggested I look for some that were organic. I found Cora and I like them. They are super thin and comfy and do the trick. However, I do find that they bunch up sometimes and I've never had that experience before. I'll stick with them, though, and plan to try other versions by Cora.

These liners are the Best!
I love these liners! They do not make me itchy and hot like other liners do. Extra long is the best size, they are thin and absorbent for mild leakage.

Needs improvement
I used these years ago when offered in a mixed box (short long longest) and liked the long. I stopped using them back then because the absorbency spit up front was either off centered or ABSENT! Lol. I was subscribed and continuously complained via email. Each replacement box was worse.Fast forward to this purchase. I subscribed this time via Amazon instead of the manufacturer (fast shipping with Prime). It’s been a few years and the design still needs improvement. The edges adhere well to my cotton or synthetic pantries, but any movement shreds the top layer. My first box so far has no missing or off-centered absorbency spots at the front, they’ve properly sealed the edges so the layers don’t separate as they’re worn, I’ve not had any beads spill out (I never knew they had beads), but I wear them only for several hours anyway before changing.I’ll continue my subscription until they mass produce liners with no absorbency spots or until the liner shreds in an hours time. As a prior reviewer stated, I too wore one overnight (fell asleep right after dinner) and had no issues whatsoever. It’s absorbent enough for my bladder incontunence needs, but they would be useless if I were to resume logistics driving (nonstop sitting in the driver’s seat for 16-hour stretches!) due to no airflow in one closed seated position, and it’s not absorbent enough for drips AND the sweating.TMI but just in case anyone reads my review and sits for extended periods throughout the day or is an outside worker with no access to tidying up throughout the day, these liners are just okay for less than a few hours then they shred. The best thing about these liners is there is no odor from sweat or urine drips! Also, the older version had center strip adhesion that remained on my panty with the bottom layer, but this version has light but effective adhesion around the entire liner. I find I have to be mindful in carefully peeling back the liner from the wrapper or the adhesive strip folds back in itself and I’ve created a non adhesive bunched up spot.I appreciate the cause to which Cora liners etc contribute.

Great absorbency
I like that they are cotton, they really do absorb a lot for their size, and they are so comfortable, I forget I'm using them.

Canceled subscription because unhappy with redesign
Update after receiving redesigned product (May 2022):I canceled my subscription after trying the redesigned pads. I was a big fan before, but the redesigned product and packaging seem far less Earth friendly and way less organic. Although they're still comfortable and unobtrusive like the original pads, I found the redesign highly disappointing for these reasons:- The ergonomically sensible hourglass shape of the original (wider in front), which I loved, is gone; the redesigned pads have a standard hourglass shape (same front and back), exactly like big-name brands.- Although the new pads seem sturdier, with better-connected layers, they have a smoother, denser top layer, and I found them much less breathable and prone to producing heat, itching, and odor more quickly .- The original pads each had a gauze-like wrapping that looked biodegradable; the redesigned pads are individually wrapped in plastic with an smaller inner white plastic lining, exactly like the big-name brands.- The original packaging had a statement that each purchase supports girls around the world who lack access to safe and healthy feminine care by providing pads, health education, and resources. That statement is entirely gone from the redesigned packaging.I suspect that production cost issues influenced some of these changes as is, sadly, so often the case. I decided to try reusable (washable) liners instead.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Review of original product:**** (four stars)The good:- Surprisingly absorbent for light protection (obviously not for all-out floods)- A perfect shape (hourglass wider in front = ergonomically sensible)- Comfortable- Not bulky- Generally stay in place when properly applied- 72 per box, enough for two liners/day on occasion if needed during the two months- Breathable, gauze-like cotton top layer (which the adhesive somewhat negates, as with similar products)- Appear to be made of more environmentally friendly materials than other brands- Info says a purchase supports girls around the world who lack access to safe and healthy feminine care by providing pads, health education, and resources. The not-so-good (minor annoyances, not deal breakers):- Manufacturing/QC isn't exacting: The absorbent part of the middle layer is often off-center.- On hot days or during heavy activity like long hikes, the top layer tends to separate from the middle layer.I first tried Cora's Super absorbency bladder liners in 2019 and happily subscribed to get the discount. However, in 2021, Super was dropped from Subscribe and Save, and I subscribed to Moderate. They said that this was because they were redesigning the product.

Not Long At All
Don't let the "long" description fool you. These pads aren't long at all. They are average size pads. They don't adhere very well but I do like the fact that they are cotton. My Cora box came in a poly mailing bag and it was pretty much destroyed.
