Sturdy
I had an electric treadmill prior to purchasing this one. The electric treadmill developed an electrical fault & manufacturers refunded due to that fault. I didn't want to try another electric treadmill & purchased this manual treadmill after considering a few models online. This is sturdy, takes more effort to walk on than an electric powered machine(it has a couple of adjustable incline settings). Lightweight, I can move it to one side, using one hand. Several hight settings for hand grippers. I'm roughly 5'6" and require hand grippers to be set at 2nd tallest notch. The walk area is not very wide, would definitely b a challenge to run on this ... but still adequate for walking on. Easy to assemble. I don't use the battery powered step/calorie counter, I'm pretty sure it's not v accurate. Good sturdy item for the price.

Does the job 👍
Just got my treadmill and I'm very pleased with it. I live in a small flat so it's ideal. I can lift it so that's good. I'm 5ft 5 female in my 60's and for me it's a good little work out. Not for a big person or serious runners tho. It took a long time to arrive but worth it. Also easy to put together.

Quality could be better..... Instructions could be WAY better!
This product was purchased to help my 90 year old father regain some mobility after a stroke and a heart attack. This was the reasoning behind purchasing a manual treadmill rather than a powered one - for fear that a powered machine would "run away" from him. However, wanting an unpowered treadmill severely limits your choice.Obviously, this product fits the bill, and overall, I wouldn't say that it is a bad product, but there were some issues. I'd probably give it 3.5 stars if I could. With regards to quality, the biggest issue was that one of the screws was obviously bent. I had to straighten it by clamping it in to a bench vice. Pretty sure that there was a second screw that was slightly bent, but nothing like the first one! A second issue was the plastic tray that attaches to the handle bars. This would not attach securely. I was concerned that if my father stumbled, and tried to grab the tray to steady himself, it would come off in his hands, so I removed it.I can't consider a quality control issue, but the treadmill has two angle settings for the track. Would have been nice to have a perfectly flat setting for my particular use case, or at least an additional lower setting. Lots of tension adjustment available on the track though, so that was an upside. The real problem came with the instructions, which had very vague directions, followed by equally vague line diagrams, giving you only a rough idea of where you should be attaching the part. This is an easily assembled device, with little room for error - there was really only one part (the sit up bar) that could be fitted back to front. However, the instructions made assembly harder than it should have been. On top of that, the next page, which deals with adjusting the track was very washed out, making it hard to read the text or see the images.

Not worth buying
Very difficult to use. Thought I would try this manual treadmill after my electric one broke down. Easy assembly but requires considerable effort to get the treadmill working. Result very unsatisfactory. Not really suitable for purpose. Buyer beware!

Waste of money
The belt isn’t smooth and sticks and then gos loose, no matter how much I’ve tried to tighten or loosen the belt and oiled it, it doesn’t work smoothly
