Hi. Thanks for your question. The length is 52 Inches (Full length). Garment Care Instruction: You can wash with hand or washer. We recommend using a mild detergent and warm water. Wash them carefully and once the garments have been rinsed, you can dry them outside. Keep in mind that you should keep polyester out of the sun. When Kaftan needs to be ironed, set the iron on a medium setting. Remember that polyester can melt if subjected to high heat levels, both from the iron or in the dryer For removing stains, you can use a small amount of bleach. Q: To the seller: for the largest size caftan (sz 20-24?) - how many inches wide is it across the bust & hips when the garment is laid flat on a table?

Hi. Thanks for your question. From left seam to right seam for the size 20-24 is 62 inches across the bust and it will be measuring same on waist side as it is laying flat on the table. Thank you.

I recommend you get the smallest size (6-12); and since you're petite you will find it very long.
