I live in an area where there is no zoning law stopping us from opening a business right in our home. I found that out when one of my neighbors started selling used cars right from his front yard. When I asked him the basics on how to get started, he suggested I buy cars from him, as he would offer me a wholesale price. This was not a good idea. I set out to learn on my own, I did some research online and then bought this book. I can say that I now know the basics of it.The reason of this review is the fact that the author shared some valuable inner secrets that I am sure the dealers will never teach you. This is a solid guide for anyone who wants to get started. I know I will eventually make a mistake or two but I have to move forward and learn from those mistakes. No book alone can teach someone everything about a business unless you actually start doing it yourself.

Good book, very easy read. I believe I got through it in about a day and a half. Not super in depth, but if youre interested in starting a dealership i think this book will give you a pretty good idea of deciding if you want to jump into the venture. Thanks

This book provided detailed information about the car industry and all the necessary steps fo become a dealer license.It also gave you external links to further evaluate your options for software solutions and data analytics.

Did help about running a carlot

The Author did a great job on telling you how to get started in the business . A lot of good ideas and good resources pointed out in this book .

I am not sure how or IF this book was edited but there is solid information here. Well worth the price
