Q: Can this be used to fill holes drilled through a concrete roof??

Hi, I would say it is definitely worth a try. My use did not involve a roof, however, it was used to fill a hole that was drilled in a concrete wall and it appears to be effective in blocking the flow of water that was coming from the hole.

Q: Can this be used to resurface a concrete balcony?

if properly prepared, yes, just make sure you have a removeable edge so the product does not flow off the balcony

Q: can i use this product to fill in-between marble blocks for the water fountain? (pool pad that is made out of solid marble blocks).

Yes, this product works under water. I have had it on my concrete pool for over 5 years. Still holding. Looks great.
