The media could not be loaded. Really helps with grip strength and reduces palm tension with metal bars specially with pull ups

Better when glued together
I received 2 sets of grip pads as mentioned in the description.One side of the grip pad is smooth and the other side is rubberized with a slightly raised pattern on it that gives a better grip. By itself each grip pad is lacking in thickness, so I glued the grip pads together, with the glue on the smooth surface.So now it's thicker, with the roughened surface on the outside and it serves my purpose very well while using gym equipment like last pull down and also on the parallel bars. Now it offers more cushioning and I can squeeze the bar tighter
