Great boot. Fits my wider toes.
I waited about a month to write this review. I use these boots every day to every other day to do outdoor work. I previously bought a different type of boot soley for side zippers to make them easy to put on...not a good way to make a purchasing decision for boots. They were uncomfortable and never "broke in". And the boot zippers kept comng down on their own.I'm really happy with this purchase. Price point is really good for what you get snd the fit was spot on for me. I like the boots for these reasons:Size - I normally buy size 8's in general. Lately, I feel like the size 8 skechers sneakers are running small. These boots were perfect in size 8 and I think its because the toebox is wider than I find with the sneakers...maybe because of the steel toe. I have a thin ankle but wider toes and the fit is spot on. Plenty of room for my toes without feeling big.Comfort - They are very comfortable, at least for a few hours which is what i've been wearing them for. They were this way right out of the box. I wish they had a little more cushion but that's just preference. Still comfortable.Easy to Put On/Take Off - the lacing configuration makes them easy to put on. They generally keep their tightness in the bottom laces and allow for custom tightening with the two sets of tabs at the top. There's enough room to get my foot in and out when the tab lacing is undone so it's quick.Durability - i haven't had these long enough to truly speak on durability. However, they look well-made and durable. The only thing i'd consider less durable are the laces. They are thinner than i'd like to see in a tab-top boot.Price - i don't think you can find a better built voot for this price point. I did my research. One more comment on color. The olive color appears more brown online than in person. They look more like olive to me in person ...more green to them which i prefer.

The Perfect Work Boot
I was excited to receive these yesterday. The cheap hiking boots I had previously bought for yard work had fallen apart, and after doing fall clean up in my yard all week I really needed these. Firstly, when I bought these I didn't realize they were steel toe boots, so that's a nice plus. They are also anti-slip and compliant for electric hazard environments (I don't personally need the last thing, but good to know). I like the deep treads of the boots. They helped me keep my footing at the edges of my lawn where there are steep slopes and have slipped in the past. I like the exterior material too. It's canvasy, which I'm sure will be easier to clean off if necessary than suade, which requires special treatment and does clean off easily. The only thing I was initially worried about when I put these on was the size. I'm a women's 9.5, and the tip of my second to last toe was touching the front of the boots, but my big toe had the right amount of space. After wearing them around my yard though, they stretched out a little (not too much), and fit perfectly. Maybe if you're between sizes though, opt to go up, not down. The boots are also lightweight, breathable, and comfortable. Heck, they're cute too. I haven't had the chance to test out their waterproofing, but based on experience they appear to have all the qualities necessary for keeping water out and feet dry. If Sketchers made an Army compliant version of these I would have bought them when I was still in the military. I'm going to get these in an additional color.

Comfortable and true to size, 8.5 for me.
I bought these a few weeks ago and I love them! I work on cement floors and walk 4 to five miles daily at work, they are comfortable and the steel toe doesn’t bother my toes, there’s wiggle room for 2 pairs of socks ( only because it’s Wisconsin cold right now) and they are wide enough. Good quality and cute too. They aren’t clown looking like other steel/composite toe shoes.

Grommet on top lace broke off within 2 hours, but…
The comfort is surprising, they were comfy after about an hour of wearing them. I’m happy with the look I’m happy with the fit. I wear a 6 1/2 and there’s plenty of room in the tow box and my feet don’t slide around I do have thicker socks on. I really really like them. I just wish that Gromit wouldn’t have broken so I might just pull all the grommets off and lace them all the way up or just lace the one missing grommet . I just bought them to work in the backyard and in the garage where there’s a lot of heavy stuff that I need to move.

Cute, inexpensive and lightweight.
The media could not be loaded. Very cute, glad I went with the olive color. Needed these for work. I usually have a hard time finding comfortable shoes at all let alone steel toe. These are extremely comfortable and my toes have plenty of space. Good quality and an even better price point. They're very light, I almost thought they werent in the Amazon box. Will check back on the durability, these are just to get me thru in a pinch but they seem strong.

easy to break in and comfortable
The media could not be loaded. These are the most comfortable shoes ever for me! I don't like boots but for some reason i liked the look of these so i thought why not. They were packed nice as expected and i love the look of these nice round look doesn't make your feet look like a clown lol. My feet are wide so when i first put them on the left one was tight so i took it off and took socks yes socks and stuffed as many and as tight as i could in that left boot and i left it over night and no lie it worked and i been wearing ever since they are so comfy. so try the boots if you're skeptical great value for me cause my job pays for them but they feel great look great and do their function. Quality is great has only been around 80 degrees here and i work with no air in a warehouse but my feet been cool so far no hot feet lol .
