How cool is it to have three different jump ropes in one? This is a super exciting product as a CrossFitter who travels a lot. In one convenient - and sleek - carrying case, I have access to three different ropes to train with. I'm finally stringing double unders together after being able to practice with high quality ropes outside of the gym. This is definitely the most bang for your buck and gets you a diverse profile of ropes. Don't sleep on this versatility! This also offers customizability that other products just can't offer. I do wish the cable locks were a little easier to work with, but overall that is my only point of feedback. After a few months of using these ropes I can definitely say I've noticed my skills increase and love having easy access to multiple customized ropes.

With 3 rope types and adjustable lengths all in a convenient carry case, it’s perfect for travel, workouts at home, or in your gym. Whether you're new to double unders or looking improve your jump rope game, this bundle does it all. I may be an outlier as double unders came natural to me. After years of using my old rope, the pvc coating and metal cable began to fry. The Frevo gave me the opportunity to time travel back to kindergarten and practice with a string and beaded rope AND swap handles for a traditional cable rope experience. Personal preference: the handles were light, but felt cheap. I mastered double unders using a wrapped, cushioned (and heavier!) handle and will stick with that style.

I picked up this set of jump ropes to practice Double Unders as part of CrossFit workouts. So far I have used the fitness cable and the rope with beads for my practice. The overall feel of the handles is great! The included carry case holds all the ropes and parts very well. I am looking forward to using this rope more and more in my fitness journey.

Easy crossovers!

I thought the ropes would be interchangeable and that I could use the kit bag to carry the ropes and stuff with me to the gym and park and then assemble the set I wanted. However, once you install one rope in the handles, you are pretty much done as it can not be disassembled easily...if at all. Seeing as how expensive this rope kit was....I am disappointed.
