I don’t like drinking plain water and neither does my mom so when the doctor told her she had to drink more I put these on a subscribe and save for her. She loved them so much that I’m using them myself as well.

These will give you good energy! They are a little sweet, so I mix up in a 16oz water bottle, then pour over ice and cut in half with water. Thank you, Amazon, for carrying them bc I can no longer find them at my local grocery store.

Did not love "berry lemonade" version which is way too sweet. Lemon flavor was perfect but Publix started bringing in exercise rehydrants at twice the price then discontinued plain "lemon" flavor when stuff like "Propel", etc. became more cost-generative -- meant to be used by athletic folks who need rehydration after a workout rather than people having difficulty maintaining fluid/electrolyte balance on the daily - the elderly or on meds that create N/V as a side effect. Sweetness isn't something sick tummies tolerate very well. Ask a vomiting kid or a person on chemo. Go back to a sugarless/Stevia-based plain Lemon and I'm a customer for life.

It works and the powder that you put in a water bottle is very tasty.

I love these hydration and electrolyte products. I do some outside gigs for people in the summertime, and these make all the difference with maintaining a good energy level. You can find these cheaper at places like Dollar General. This is a little better quality though. I buy both. I do like this brand a lot though.
